Shipping policy

We use DHL/FEDEX or the USPS to ship all of our products.

In-stock items such as drawstrings and belts and other in-stock gear will ship within 1-4 business days.

Custom gear shipping time will vary by the time of year but typically all custom orders ship within 15 business days.

We provide tracking for all of our parcels upon completion of the order.

If a package tracking states it is DELIVERED then we are not responsible for replacement costs. We will work with you however to account for the location of the package.

We ship most of our custom gear at a highly discounted cost although there are a few regions in the world that we will require extra payment. Such countries include.

1. Russia
   
2. Hong Kong
3. Singapore
4. Outlying islands of Japan
5. Remote regions of Australia
6. Remote regions of Alaska

There may be other countries not listed above and we will reach out to you if there is an issue. If you wish to cancel your order we can do that as well.

Buyer is responsible for all applicable customs charges pertaining to their country.

During the Holiday Season from November 15 through December 31, we will make every effort to have your gi arrive on time but we cannot guarantee it as we are subject to the whims of the global postal system and how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected it.
